Direct Billing

Insurance Providers

For the convenience of our clients, we are happy to provide direct billing to most benefit providers.  Most extended health benefit plans will cover full or partial costs of our services. Please check your plan to find out the details regarding your coverage. A doctor´s note may be required for massage therapy.  Please see the list of providers below:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DIRECT BILLING (MUST READ):

  • Prior to booking, please contact your insurance provider to confirm massage plan coverage and whether or not direct billing is allowed.  We do not have the ability to know your specific coverage limit or information regarding your plan.  All insurance plans are unique and have different stipulations.  Some plans require a doctor’s note.
  • PLEASE BRING AN ALTERNATE FORM OF PAYMENT IN CASE DIRECT BILLING IS UNAVAILABLE.  Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee direct billing or coverage at every appointment.  We require full payment of your treatment prior to appointment to ensure  your massage is covered.  Factors that could affect direct billing availability include:  individual insurance plan specifics(only certain % coverage) or problems with the submission portal.
  • If you are covered by your own insurance as well as a spouse/partner’s plan, you must claim against your own plan first until its used up and then you can claim on the alternate plan.  If only a percentage is covered by your plan, you will be given a receipt for remaining money collected that you can submit manually to secondary coverage.  We do not have the ability to direct bill both plans.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for you to fill out your paperwork so that it doesn’t cut into your appointment time.  Appointments will end on the scheduled time even if treatment is started late due to paperwork.
