Jessica Macdonald RMT

With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Jessica brings a depth of knowledge and intuitive care to every treatment.  Her practice is rooted in deep tissue massage, where she skillfully addresses chronic tension, pain patterns, and postural imbalances while always working within each client’s comfort level.

What sets her approach apart is her commitment to creating a calm, restorative environment.  She understands that true healing happens when the nervous system can settle, so each session is designed not only to relieve physical discomfort but also to promote a sense of relaxation and overall well-being.

Jessica is also trained in the Myosculpt Method Buccal Massage with TMJ integration, offering specialized treatment for jaw tension, facial tightness, and TMJ-related concerns.  Buccal and intra-oral massage techniques work both externally and inside the mouth to release deeply held tension in the muscles of the jaw, cheeks, and face – areas that are often difficult to access with traditional massage.  These techniques can help reduce TMJ pain, alleviate headaches, improve jaw mobility, and relieve symptoms associated with clenching and grinding.

In addition to therapeutic benefits, intra-oral work can support improved circulation, lymphatic flow, and facial muscle balance, often resulting in softer, more relaxed appearance.  Many clients also experience a profound sense of relief and calm as releasing tension in the jaw can have a direct impact on downregulating the nervous system.

Her goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that supports both physical relief and nervous system balance, giving clients some time to decompress and unplug and helping them feel better in their own bodies.
